Here we have a quail egg, a large chicken egg, and a duck egg. Duck eggs are sometimes double yolks, which is usually obvious before you crack them open. Duck Eggs are excellent for baking. The whites contain more protein than chicken eggs. Duck eggs are also alkaline, which makes them highly sought after by cancer patients. Currently Duck eggs are NOT in season, We have very few of them. They are $10 for eating and $40 for hatching (until spring). We also do have some full grown Pekin Ducks for sale for $20 each.
